Litigation Secretary
Reports to: Principal / Managing Partner of the Firms within the Group Practice
RESPONSIBILITIES
- To provide secretarial and office administrative support in Firm’s and/or the Group Practice’s litigation practice and the day-to-day running of the Firm and/or the Group Practice.
- To organise and manage correspondences, reports and travel arrangements.
- To maintain good order of all file correspondences, records and administrative facilities, including but not limited to mails, fax distribution, filing / document keeping and etc.
- To always ensure that there is a high-level of confidentiality in the affairs of the Firm and the Group Practice.
- To perform any other work as and when required.
COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS
- 2 to 3 years relevant working experience in a similar capacity.
- Familiar with using the court's electronic filing system (EFS).
- Decent command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong computer skills, with a solid proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Adobe.
- Meticulous and have an eye for detail.
- Able to work independently under minimum supervision.
