Pupil-in-Chambers
We invite applications from recent law graduates who are looking to for pupillage. Pupils will have the opportunity to learn aspects of general litigation and contentious and non-contentious probate cases. Pupils will have the opportunity to develop their skills in legal research, drafting of cause papers and opinions, case analysis and file management, court attendance and others.
COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS
- CLP or BPTC graduate.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Have good legal research skills.
- Meticulous and have an eye for detail.
- An interest in litigation and probate practice.
- Able to work independently under minimum supervision.
